Before turning to acting, Lauren worked for entertainment industry leaders such as Paramount Pictures, Creative Artists Agency and actor Ryan Gosling (including on the productions “Drive,” “The Place, Beyond the Pines,” “Gangster Squad", “Ides of March”), where she gained valuable experience on the sets of large feature film productions and in movie publicity, global marketing, corporate communications and talent relations. Lauren was then recruited by Google where she worked with top executives inclusing Susan Wojcicki, CEO of YouTube, and Eric Schmidt, former Chairman of Google and Alphabet.
Lauren trained at Atlantic Acting School's Conservatory in NYC. She has also studied at American Conservatory Theater's Studio in San Francisco, T. Schreiber Studio and Stella Adler. Lauren has also taken studied improv at UCB.
Since finishing her conservatory training in the summer of 2016, Lauren has acted in over 75 short films and workshops for students and independent producers, some of which screened at Cannes Short Film Corner and the industry respected Series Fest in the United States. “STUCK!” a pilot pitch she wrote, directed, produced and starred in received 20+ official selections and 30+ awards and nominations. In 2022, she filmed a role in a feature opposite Orlando Bloom. Her television credits include guest and co-star roles on “Everyone is Doing Great” (HULU), “Homicide City” (ID), “Grave Secrets” (ID) & “I Am Homicide” (ID).
As a singer/songwriter, she continues to build upon her skills on piano and guitar and has several works in progress online. She is also an avid boxer with over 10 years of experience.
When she isn’t trying to break her record for solving the Rubik's cube (1 minute, 28 seconds), Lauren spends her time as a regular volunteer with Food Forward in Los Angeles, an organization that rescues unsold produce from farmers markets and arranges for the food to be taken to various service agencies and shelters. To date, Lauren has helped rescue 14,000 pounds of produce. When she was living in NYC, Lauren volunteered with Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, a national organization that rescues leftover food from restaurants and takes it to shelters. Lauren was one of their longest volunteers and rescued over 15,000 pounds of food over 5 years. (Check out the video profile RLC did on Lauren below.) Lauren also sponsors 3 children through Save the Children: Edward in the Mid-Western United States, Khoa in Vietnam, and Rahma in Egypt.

Lauren is represented theatrically at FireStarter Entertainment (LA), The Wayne Agency (Mid Atlantic and Atlanta) and managed by Roger Paul at Roger Paul Inc (NYC). She is represented commercially and for print at Bella Agency.
